Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and strengthen our digital presence across search engines and AI-powered search experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, improving search visibility, and increasing qualified lead generation through technical, on-page, and off-page SEO initiatives.
This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SEO expertise, content optimization experience, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, user behavior, and modern SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and optimize SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and landing pages for improved search visibility and lead conversion.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawling, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals issues.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs, including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions.
  • Develop and implement ethical link-building and backlink acquisition strategies.
  • Implement structured data (Schema Markup) and SEO best practices across the website.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO requirements are integrated into website updates and new features.
  • Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies and best practices.
  • Support content strategy development based on keyword opportunities, audience behavior, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.
  • Experience with SEO reporting and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of EEAT principles and modern search engine ranking factors.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as related to SEO implementation.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of structured data and Schema Markup implementation.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication and content optimization skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI-assisted search developments.


Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
