Job Summary:
SkillUp Mena is expanding its network of professional Trainers, Consultants, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers, and Coaches to support the design and delivery of high-quality learning and development solutions across the MENA region.
We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about knowledge sharing, capacity building, and driving measurable impact through training, consulting, coaching, and instructional design. Selected candidates will collaborate with our team on various corporate, academic, and government projects, either onsite or remotely, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions (online and/or in-person).
- Develop customized learning materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Provide subject matter expertise in specialized fields.
- Design structured learning journeys and instructional content aligned with learning objectives.
- Deliver one-on-one or group coaching sessions.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of training experience
- Proven experience in the GCC market is required
- Experience working with corporate and/or government entities is preferred
- GCC residency is an advantage
