JOB SUMMARY
SkillUp MENA is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts across multiple geographies. In this role, you will develop innovative hiring strategies, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, and work closely with teams to attract and retain top talent.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •        Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all operating geographies.
  •        Develop a comprehensive staffing strategy that positions SkillUp MENA as a top employer.
  •        Set standards for job advertisements, optimize recruitment channels, and represent the company at job fairs and industry events.
  •        Create and manage annual manpower plans with quarterly updates informed by real-time data and business needs.
  •        Train internal teams and hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
  •        Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  •        Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes that all stakeholders can follow.
  •        Collaborate on developing competitive compensation and benefits packages aligned with market trends.
  •        Provide market intelligence reports on talent development, hiring trends, and retention insights.
  • Establish and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and evaluate their performance.
  •        Work closely with other HR functions to support organizational goals.
  •        Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing platforms to drive effective hiring.
  • Lead specialized headhunting efforts for senior and niche positions.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  •        10+ years of staffing and talent acquisition experience.
  •        Proven headhunting experience for senior and technical roles.
  •        Strong experience with LinkedIn recruitment tools and ATS systems (mandatory).
  •        Previous experience recruiting in or for the Lebanon market is a plus.
  •        Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to continuously learn.
  •        Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  •        Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  •        Natural leadership abilities with strong persuasion and networking skills.
  • Experience in software development recruitment is an added advantage.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required in related fields
