About the Role
SkillUp MENA is seeking an experienced and dynamic Software & Application Development Bootcamp Instructor to deliver a 12-week training focused on equipping participants with the practical skills needed to build, deploy, and manage modern software applications.
The program targets will combine hands-on technical learning with industry-driven project implementation. You will ensure that every session aligns with the project’s defined scope of work, and learning objectives and that trainees gain the competencies required to succeed in real-world development environments.
Location: (In-person/Virtual Training Delivery)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- TOT certified trainer or 5 years of experience training in the field.
- Proven experience as a software development trainer, instructor, or technical mentor.
- Strong hands-on expertise in web and application development frameworks and tools.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, deployment practices, and collaborative development workflows.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience of working in the GCC region on similar projects is preferred.
- Proven experience in delivering experiential and gamified training programs.
- Ability to collaborate with SkillUp MENA’s internal teams to ensure training quality, logistics coordination, and alignment with project deliverables.
