Role Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDR) will be responsible for opening new business opportunities, leading a team of Business Development Representatives in Jordon and other countries, building strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage the BD TEAM in Jordan and other countries
  • Put a BD strategy
  • Manage BD performance training and reporting
  • BD go-to-market strategy
  • Implement and oversee BD Cadence
  • Make sure BD gets their Weekly and monthly targets
  • Support in Market penetration and Company approach strategy
  • Market and Industry segregation and categorization to support customized Template and script development
  • Assist and give direction in Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • HubSpot knowledge

Qualifications & Experience
  • Sales background 5+ years’ experience
  • Education: Business Administration or Engineering
  • Analytics and reporting skills
  • Make sure the Team achieves their KPIs
  • Motivated to Lead and train and transfer knowledge
  • Excellent English
