Role Summary 

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience. You will own the lifecycle of digital products such as learning management platforms, client dashboards, content delivery systems, and analytics tools, ensuring they deliver measurable value to learners, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Planning 

  • Define and drive the product roadmap aligned with SkillUp MENA’s digital learning vision. 
  • Prioritize features and technical enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and business goals. 
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate learning experience goals into scalable product features. 

Technical Ownership & Development Oversight 

  • Work closely with development teams (internal and vendors) to manage sprints, releases, and QA. 
  • Translate business and learning requirements into clear product specs and user stories. 
  • Lead integration planning with third-party platforms (LMS, content libraries, assessment tools, etc.). 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Partner with instructional design, client success, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption. 
  • Liaise with external partners and clients during pilot testing, customization phases, and rollout. 
  • Act as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation. 

Research, Testing & Optimization 

  • Conduct continuous research on user behavior, feedback, and platform performance. 
  • Validate ideas through prototyping, A/B testing, and user interviews. 
  • Drive iterative improvement of products based on data insights and usage patterns.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms. 
  • Technical proficiency and experience working closely with software engineering teams (Agile/Scrum). 
  • Experience launching and scaling web-based or mobile applications in B2B environments. 
  • Familiarity with learning technology standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, LTI) is a strong advantage. 
  • Proven ability to translate complex user needs into technical product features.
