Job Summary
The Learning Experience Architect is responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning solutions for SkillUp MENA's clients. This role involves applying instructional design principles, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing learning technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design: Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design and develop learning solutions that meet client needs and learning objectives.
- Learning Solution Development: Develop learning content and materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Technology Integration: Utilize learning technologies and tools (e.g., LMS, authoring tools) to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and management of learning design projects.
- Quality Assurance: Review and evaluate learning solutions to ensure quality and alignment with learning objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience development.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in developing various learning solutions.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
