Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Business Analyst with strong expertise in project management and UiPath technologies. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying and prioritizing automation opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of RPA projects from initiation to deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring RPA solutions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, map, and document business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements.
- Manage end-to-end RPA project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with RPA developers to design scalable and efficient automation solutions using UiPath.
- Conduct feasibility analyses, create business cases, and prioritize automation initiatives.
- Perform testing, validation, and user acceptance activities for RPA solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for deployed bots.
- Ensure all documentation, governance, and compliance standards are met throughout project execution.
Required Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Business Analyst Training, Foundation Training) preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
