Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Content Marketing Specialist (Arabic & English) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic, business-focused content that supports our digital presence, lead generation efforts, and client engagement across corporate and government sectors.
This role goes beyond content writing — the candidate will play a key role in shaping content direction, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and contributing to the development of compelling communication across various digital and business platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage high-quality bilingual content aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and conversion-focused content for digital platforms including social media, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Generate creative and impactful ideas for social media campaigns across different channels.
  • Support lead generation initiatives through the development of landing pages, gated content, and email marketing content.
  • Analyze content performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment of messaging with business and client needs.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that support client proposals and presentations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and content marketing best practices.

Content & Communication Requirements

  • Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Ability to develop compelling, business-focused content tailored for corporate and government audiences.
  • Proven experience in writing website content, including:
    1. Service pages
    2. Landing pages
    3. Blogs
    4. Case studies
  • Experience developing B2B marketing materials such as:
    1. Company profiles
    2. One-pagers
    3. Pitch decks
    4. Whitepapers
    5. Client success stories

  • Ability to repurpose long-form content into multiple formats suitable for various digital channels.

Technical & Marketing Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and website content optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable improvements.
  • Experience using content management systems is a plus.

Preferred Competencies

  • Ability to contribute to content strategy development aligned with lead generation and sales objectives.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to develop proposal-support and account-based marketing content.
  • Ability to conduct industry and competitor research to inform content direction and identify new creative opportunities.
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives is an advantage.
