JOB SUMMARY

 At SkillUp MENA, we empower professionals across the Middle East and North Africa with exceptional training solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team in Egypt and help drive the success of our innovative training programs.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our training solutions for clients. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver an excellent client experience by addressing client needs and challenges during deployment.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Onboarding:
  1. Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all systems, tools, and workflows are implemented effectively.
  2. Provide clear communication and training to clients to ensure they can fully utilize SkillUp MENA's solutions.
  • Project Management:
  1. Manage implementation timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and training teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technical Support:
  1. Troubleshoot issues during implementation and provide timely solutions to clients.
  2. Work closely with technical teams to resolve system configurations and ensure optimal performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  1. Act as clients' main point of contact during implementation, addressing questions and concerns.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and customizing solutions to fit their needs.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  1. Gather client feedback during and after the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Contribute to refining internal processes and best practices to enhance future implementations.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Skills:
  1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Technical aptitude to understand software tools and systems.
  4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Preferred:
  1. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms.
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or client-facing roles (preferably in the training or technology sector).
