JOB SUMMARY
At SkillUp MENA, we empower professionals across the Middle East and North Africa with exceptional training solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team in Egypt and help drive the success of our innovative training programs.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of our training solutions for clients. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver an excellent client experience by addressing client needs and challenges during deployment.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring all systems, tools, and workflows are implemented effectively.
- Provide clear communication and training to clients to ensure they can fully utilize SkillUp MENA's solutions.
- Manage implementation timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, and training teams) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation and provide timely solutions to clients.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve system configurations and ensure optimal performance.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as clients' main point of contact during implementation, addressing questions and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and customizing solutions to fit their needs.
- Gather client feedback during and after the implementation process to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to refining internal processes and best practices to enhance future implementations.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Technical aptitude to understand software tools and systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in implementation, project management, or client-facing roles (preferably in the training or technology sector).
