JOB SUMMARY
SkillUp MENA is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Lead to manage recruitment activities across multiple geographies, including Lebanon. You will lead sourcing strategies, drive full recruitment cycles, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •        Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple regions.
  •        Ensure smooth, structured, and efficient recruitment processes.
  •        Contribute to staffing strategies and ensure high-quality job advertisements.
  •        Support manpower planning and maintain hiring forecasts.
  •        Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle when needed.
  •        Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  •        Lead headhunting efforts for specialized and industry-related positions.
  •        Utilize LinkedIn recruitment tools, ATS systems, and other sourcing channels.
  •       Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  •        5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
  •        Strong headhunting background (mandatory).
  •        Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (mandatory).
  •        Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  •        Fluent in Arabic and English.
  •        Creative, detail-oriented, and strong at networking.
  •        Experience recruiting for software development roles is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in related fields
